Customer Care / Call Center
Job Responsibilities:
- Processes new patient registration by entering data into appropriate system;
- Handles correspondence to patients (calls, chats, emails);
- Provides assistance to Pharmacists.
Job Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older;
- High School Diploma or GED;
- Basic level PC skills;
- Basic Search Engines skills;
- Intermediate level keyboarding skills;
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally;
- At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience;
- Experience providing customer service;
- Required certification/registration as a Pharmacy Technician;
- Keyboarding skills.
