Outreach and Community Services share a common goal in bringing to the unserved and underserved community members, information about the services and programs of WCIL. This information is passed on by specially trained staff members at community fairs, expos, and at city commissions and non-profit organization gatherings and through the use of the media, i.e. print and broadcast and the publication of the WCIL newsletter "Options."
